Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Yapship (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Yapship helps founders turn a raw idea into a finished piece of content — a blog post, LinkedIn post, or other format — using AI-assisted drafting, with your review and edits along the way.

3. Accounts

Some parts of the Service require an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content

You own what you submit to Yapship and the content generated for you from it. You grant Yapship the license needed to process that content in order to provide the Service — for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate a draft, or storing it in our content database.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to submit or generate content that’s illegal, infringing, or intended to harm others, and don’t try to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Third-party services

Yapship relies on third-party providers to operate — including an AI provider for drafting, a database provider for storage, and an authentication provider for accounts. Their own terms and availability can affect the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service, including any AI-generated content, is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate — review everything before you publish it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yapship isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
